1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the TradeIQ AI Lab software as a service (SaaS) platform, creating an account, or subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

TradeIQ AI Lab provides a web-based platform offering Artificial Intelligence-driven technical analysis on user-uploaded market charts, alongside a digital Trading Journal utility. The platform requires an active internet connection to function. The service is provided "AS-IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of uninterrupted uptime.

3. Subscription, Billing, and Cancellation

Billing: Premium features are offered on a monthly subscription basis. All payments are securely processed by our third-party merchant, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically every month.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Customer Portal link provided in your account dashboard. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the software and the server costs associated with AI processing, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, partial or full, for unused periods or forgotten cancellations.

4. Fair Use of AI Resources

Each subscription tier comes with a strict daily limit on AI chart analyses to prevent server overload. Attempting to bypass these limits via scripts, bots, multiple accounts, or any automated scraping methods is strictly prohibited. Violation of this clause will result in immediate and permanent account termination without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

The original source code, algorithms, interface design, branding, and platform architecture are the exclusive intellectual property of Ruben Arocho Velazquez. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal trading organization. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or distribute any part of the TradeIQ AI Lab platform.

6. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, including pricing structures and AI parameters, at any time. Active subscribers will be notified of significant changes via the email address registered to their account.

1. Aceptación de los Términos

Al acceder o utilizar la plataforma de software como servicio (SaaS) TradeIQ AI Lab, crear una cuenta o suscribirse a nuestros servicios, usted acepta regirse por estos Términos y Condiciones. Si no está de acuerdo con alguna parte de los términos, no podrá acceder al servicio.

2. Descripción del Servicio

TradeIQ AI Lab proporciona una plataforma web que ofrece análisis técnico impulsado por Inteligencia Artificial en gráficos de mercado subidos por el usuario, junto con una utilidad de Bitácora de Trading digital. La plataforma requiere una conexión activa a internet para funcionar. El servicio se proporciona "TAL CUAL" y "SEGÚN DISPONIBILIDAD" sin garantías de tiempo de actividad ininterrumpido.

3. Suscripciones, Facturación y Cancelación

Facturación: Las funciones premium se ofrecen mediante una suscripción mensual. Todos los pagos son procesados de forma segura por nuestro comerciante externo, Stripe. Al suscribirse, nos autoriza a cobrar a su método de pago automáticamente cada mes.

Cancelación: Puede cancelar su suscripción en cualquier momento a través del enlace del Portal del Cliente proporcionado en su panel de usuario. Su cuenta permanecerá activa hasta el final de su ciclo de facturación actual.

Política de Reembolsos: Debido a la naturaleza digital del software y los costos de servidor asociados con el procesamiento de IA, todas las ventas son definitivas. No ofrecemos reembolsos, parciales o totales, por períodos no utilizados o cancelaciones olvidadas.

4. Uso Justo de los Recursos de IA

Cada nivel de suscripción viene con un límite diario estricto de análisis de gráficos por IA para evitar la sobrecarga del servidor. Está estrictamente prohibido intentar eludir estos límites mediante scripts, bots, múltiples cuentas o cualquier método de extracción automatizada (scraping). La violación de esta cláusula resultará en la terminación inmediata y permanente de la cuenta sin reembolso.

5. Propiedad Intelectual

El código fuente original, los algoritmos, el diseño de la interfaz, la marca y la arquitectura de la plataforma son propiedad intelectual exclusiva de Ruben Arocho Velazquez. Se le otorga una licencia limitada, no exclusiva e intransferible para utilizar el software para su organización de trading personal. No puede copiar, aplicar ingeniería inversa, revender ni distribuir ninguna parte de la plataforma.

6. Modificaciones al Servicio

Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar, suspender o interrumpir cualquier parte del servicio, incluidas las estructuras de precios y los parámetros de IA, en cualquier momento. Los suscriptores activos serán notificados de cambios significativos a través de la dirección de correo electrónico registrada en su cuenta.
